Had a long break....but still on my healthy journey!

I have been away from my blog for a long while!  Just a brief update:  I have remain successful in my journey to introduce more veggies to my family's diet.  My own diet is 95% plant based!  I feel absolutely great!  Now, I am switching gears in my quest to add an exercise routine.  I am having fun trying new things!  Matter-of-fact, that is my new motto this summer: Try Something New

Yesterday, my son and I tried a kickboxing class together!  Next week, I am going to start a cycling class and experiment with hatha yoga.  My goal is to expand and bring balance to the Mama's Veggie Project!  I hope you enjoy my project as well!
